What should customers do to allow them to submit jukebox (mobile) requests?

Send a text to receive a link to submit jukebox (mobile) requests.

Your unique venue code will be given to you by one of our Account Managers when you sign up to the Interactive Music or Pay-per-play packages.

  1. Customers in the UK will need to text VENUE + unique venue code to 63333.
  2. Customers in the US will need to text VENUE + unique venue code to 313131.
  3. Customers in Canada will need to text VENUE + unique venue code to 393939.
  4. Customers in Australia will need to text VENUE + unique venue code to 19989000.

For example, if your venue is based in the UK and your unique venue code is 888, then a customer in the UK will need to text VENUE 888 to 63333.

Your customers will then receive a link which will allow them to submit jukebox (mobile) requests.
